Discovery Health is offering an exciting HR Internship Work Integrated Learner opportunity for a Work Integrated Learner. This programme provides recent HR graduates from TVET Colleges with practical exposure to HR administration, recruitment support, and performance services in a dynamic corporate environment.

Key Purpose

The HR Intern will provide administrative and operational support to the Performance Services Department, assisting with:

  • Recruitment administration
  • HR administration tasks
  • Reporting and data capturing
  • Filing and document control
  • Project administration support
  • Acting as an ambassador for Discovery Health Performance Services

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment processes with documentation and scheduling.
  • Capture and maintain HR-related data accurately.
  • Prepare reports and maintain filing systems.
  • Assist with HR projects and departmental administration.
  • Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Ensure service excellence and efficiency in all HR processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) with at least 50% in English
  • Completed N6 in Human Resources at a TVET College (within the last 18 months)
  • South African citizen
  • Available for Work Integrated Learning placement
