This 12-month contract is designed to give unemployed youth valuable work experience while shaping the future of retail fashion.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the YES Sales Associate vacancy at Sportscene Tafelkop, you must:

  • Be aged 18 to 28 years old
  • Have Grade 12 (Matric preferred) or at least Grade 10
  • Be available for a fixed-term 12-month contract (Aug 2025 – July 2026)
  • Not have been permanently employed with one employer for more than 1 year
  • Not be studying full-time during the contract period
  • Not have participated in the YES programme before
  • Be responsible for your own accommodation and transport
  • Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act
