Internship Overview
The YES Internship Programme in People & Culture (Learning & Development) offers hands-on experience in HR administration, training, and employee development. Interns will work on real projects, support reporting and data management, and learn to operate effectively in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support office and administrative tasks within the People & Culture team
- Assist with database management and documentation handling
- Contribute to HR reporting and analytics
- Support training and development initiatives
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with internal processes
- Collaborate with team members and support project delivery
Required Skills and Competencies
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- Good database management and documentation handling skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Fluency in English
Qualifications
- Completed degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Training & Development, or Skills Development
