Boxer Superstores is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Wholesales Representative to join our team in Gauteng and Polokwane. This is a permanent role for a results-driven sales professional with a strong background in township trading, spaza shops, Cash & Carry, and wholesale sales.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum Matric qualification
  • Diploma/Advanced Certificate advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in Cash & Carry, Wholesale, or informal township trading
  • Proven success in door-to-door sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in IT software for order management and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
  • Self-motivated, independent, and familiar with rural market dynamics

Key Responsibilities

Territory Coverage

  • Travel across townships in Gauteng and Polokwane to engage with multi-national informal retailers and spaza shops.

Door-to-Door Selling

  • Promote and sell high-quality grocery baskets directly to retailers using proven sales techniques.

Sales Management

  • Implement and manage call cycles to maximize sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Retail Expertise

  • Leverage knowledge of Cash & Carry, Wholesale, and informal retail markets to grow territory sales
  • Cold-call potential clients and establish strong rapport
