The SPAR Group LTD invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the Supply Chain Management Learnership (NQF Level 5) at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre. This 12-month learnership offers valuable workplace experience in the wholesale and retail sector and is ideal for matriculants seeking a career in supply chain and logistics.
Learnership Overview
Successful candidates will be placed at the SPAR North Rand Distribution Centre for a period of twelve (12) months, where they will gain practical exposure and theoretical training in Supply Chain Management. This programme is designed to equip learners with industry-relevant skills for future employment opportunities.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the SPAR Supply Chain Management Learnership, applicants must:
- Have Grade 12 (Matric)
- Be currently unemployed
- Not be registered for another qualification
- Be aged between 18 and 34 years
- Have a strong interest in supply chain, logistics, and retail operations
