Job Overview (Sales Advisor Job)

As a Sales Advisor, your role is to:

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Provide detailed product knowledge
  • Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling
  • Create an engaging and appealing shopping environment

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximise sales and store performance
  • Execute promotions and daily store activities
  • Reduce stock loss and shrinkage
  • Maintain store standards and visual merchandising
  • Build customer loyalty and brand engagement

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)

Experience

  • Experience in cosmetics (advantageous)
  • Retail sales or customer service experience (preferred)

  • Listening and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interact confidently with customers
  • Basic computer literacy
