About the Sales Administrator Learnership
This learnership provides hands-on exposure to sales support, administration, client coordination, and reporting within a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will support the Sales Team and National Sales Manager with all administrative duties related to direct clients.

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Sales Administrator Learnership, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Fidelity CashMaster Sales Team
- Assist the National Sales Manager with daily sales administration tasks
- Validate and complete deal-related documentation
- Support client retention initiatives
- Coordinate activities across internal departments to ensure service delivery
- Liaise professionally with internal and external clients
- Prepare and process sales documentation in line with company policies
- Assist with departmental reporting and management information
- Resolve or escalate client and sales-related queries
- Perform general PA and ad hoc duties as required
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Aged between 18 and 35 years
- South African citizen
- Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Sales or sales administration experience will be advantageous
