Job Purpose

To deliver a market-driven, differentiated service that builds competitiveness, grows sales volumes and market share, and strengthens SAB’s brand equity within the Tavern Class of Trade.

Minimum Requirements for SAB Sales & Marketing Learnership

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field
  • Valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s licence
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Local area knowledge (Kimberley region)
  • Flexible availability (including weekends and public holidays)
  • Successful completion of driver’s assessment test prior to appointment

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer relationships with tavern owners
  • Drive merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock availability
  • Ensure compliance with SAB trade execution guidelines
  • Oversee SAB refrigeration assets and in-store branding
  • Achieve sales and volume targets through proactive customer engagement
