Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to ensure that administrative offices and valve stores remain clean, hygienic, and safe for employees and visitors.

The successful candidate will also help maintain cleaning supplies and general office refreshments while following safety and hygiene standards.

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Rand Water Cleaner vacancy, applicants must have:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or N3 qualification
  • At least 2 years of experience in an industrial cleaning environment
  • Strong physical ability to perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks
  • Knowledge of industrial cleaning procedures

Key Responsibilities

The Stores Cleaner will be responsible for:

  • Cleaning and dusting administrative offices and valve store areas
  • Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and hygiene facilities
  • Maintaining cleanliness in main stores and valve stores
  • Ordering and managing cleaning supplies and grocery stock such as tea and coffee
  • Ensuring the workplace complies with health and safety standards
