Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Macsteel Production Technology Learnership 2026, you must:

- Achieve at least 50% in English (Essential)
- Achieve at least 50% in Mathematics (Essential)
- Be able to read, write, and speak English
- Be between 18 – 28 years old
- Be available for the full 12-month training programme
- Reside in Germiston or surrounding areas
