Minimum Requirements

To be considered for the Pepkor Lifestyle Learnership Programme, applicants must:

  • Be 18 to 28 years old.
  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow within logistics.
  • Have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Be able to commit to the full 12-month programme.

What You Will Learn

This Learnership Programme exposes learners to all key functions within warehousing and logistics, including:

Warehouse Operations

  • Receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching stock.
  • Understanding warehouse processes and workflow.
  • Practicing accurate stock handling and movements.

Inventory Control
