About the On Premise Graduate Trainee Program
Red Bull South Africa is inviting passionate, energetic graduates to join the 2026 On Premise Graduate Trainee Program in Cape Town. This 12-month early career opportunity is designed to help you build strong marketing, trade, and commercial capabilities while working directly with Red Bull’s On Premise Trade Marketing and Insights teams.
You’ll gain practical experience developing Digital & Physical POS tools, improving execution quality, and supporting key customer partnerships across diverse channels.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
1. POS Tool Management
- Assist in developing, improving, and coordinating Point-of-Sale (POS) tools.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely distribution of POS materials across channels.
2. Trade Marketing Support
- Support the On Premise Trade Marketing team with insights, planning, and execution.
- Collaborate with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive impactful trade initiatives.
3. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute new ideas to improve POS visibility and execution.
- Analyse performance and identify commercial opportunities that enhance brand presence.
What You Need (Qualifications & Skills)
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong initiative and a hands-on approach
- Entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset
- Understanding of On Premise marketing and trade environments (advantage)
- Ability to link creative POS ideas to commercial outcomes
- Solid analytical, presentation, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness (advantage)
- Passion for Red Bull’s brand, culture, and values
- Personal traits: driven, credible, analytical, resilient, enthusiastic, confident, innovative, and a team player
- Willingness to travel 10–20%
