Groundsman X6 POSTS Overview

Minimum Requirements
- ABET qualification (minimum)
- No prior experience required – entry-level role
- Good communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Understanding of basic hand tools, cleaning equipment, and machinery operation
- Ability to perform routine groundskeeping tasks independently or in a team
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Cultivate garden areas and prepare soil for planting
- Maintain flower beds and landscaping by fertilizing, weeding, pruning, and irrigating
- Mow lawns, cut edges, and ensure turf is well-kept
- Load, unload, and transport various articles and equipment needed for grounds maintenance
- Remove refuse from the area and load for transportation to designated disposal points
- Operate basic cleaning machines and tools for maintenance
- Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and safety of all unit areas
