Minimum Requirements for Department of Employment and Labour

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification

Key Duties

  • Provide UIF benefits screening services
  • Process applications & register payment continuation forms
  • Deliver frontline customer service at labour centres
  • Support administrative operations within the department
