Woodlands Dairy (Pty) Ltd is offering an exciting 2026 Dairy Learnership Programme in Liquid Dairy Reception, aimed at unemployed South African youth who are passionate about building a career in dairy processing and FMCG operations.

This structured learnership combines theoretical training and hands-on practical experience, equipping learners with industry-relevant skills in milk reception, food safety, and dairy plant operations.

What the Learnership Covers

Successful learners will receive training in the following areas:

  • Milk Reception Operations
  • Nature and Composition of Milk
  • Food Safety and Hygiene Standards
  • Housekeeping in Dairy Processing
  • Cleaning-in-Place (CIP)
  • Cleaning-out-of-Place (COP)
  • Additional dairy production modules

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for the Dairy Learnership Programme 2026, applicants must:

  • Be an unemployed South African citizen
  • Be between 18 and 29 years old
  • Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Have a strong interest in dairy processing and FMCG production
  • No previous work experience required

Learnership Duration
