Role Purpose
The purpose of the Contact Centre Learner learnership is to develop skilled health care benefits advisors by combining classroom learning with on-the-job training. Learners will gain valuable industry experience while contributing to excellent client service within Momentum Health.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Contact Centre Learner, you will be required to:
- Attend classroom-based learning and practical workplace training
- Perform duties in line with learnership requirements
- Acquire knowledge of Momentum Health products, policies, and procedures
- Compile and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
- Complete work-based learning logbooks
- Complete formative and summative assessments successfully
- Demonstrate competence in using company systems
- Conduct yourself professionally and uphold Momentum Group values
- Pass the EISA examination
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this Contact Centre Learner Learnership, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics 40% or Mathematical Literacy 60% minimum
- English and another South African language 50% minimum
- South African citizen aged 18–30 years
- Unemployed and able to commit to a 12-month learnership
- Not studying at a tertiary institution during the programme
- Not have previously completed the same learnership
- Able to commute independently to the workplace
- Computer literacy is an advantage
