Role Purpose

Duties & Responsibilities
As a Client Service Administrator Learner, you will:
- Handle client service requests and processes, ensuring efficient resolution.
- Provide accurate information and documentation to stakeholders.
- Adhere to compliance and legislative requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver excellent service in line with service level agreements.
Requirements
- Age: 18 – 25 years (including those turning 25 in 2026)
- Education: Matric with:
- English (compulsory)
- Mathematics (Pure/Maths Literacy) or Accounting
- Other Requirements:
- Must be unemployed and not currently in another learnership.
- Must not have participated in a learnership before.
- Applications must include a certified copy of your ID and Matric results.
- Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently.
