Job Purpose (Clicks Shop Assistant )
To provide outstanding customer service, manage point-of-sale activities, handle cash accurately, and support merchandising to ensure a positive in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Process POS transactions quickly and accurately
- Handle cash safely and follow company procedures
- Promote and sign up customers for Clicks ClubCard
- Inform customers about promotions and specials
- Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain visual merchandising and store housekeeping standards
- Support store values and brand reputation
- Stay informed on products, promotions and store offerings
- Recommend products and promotions to customers in a friendly manner to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to store management on customer trends, operational improvements, and product insights.
