About the Role
Fidelity ADT is recruiting a Call Center Consultant (Telesales / Cold Calling) to deliver exceptional service and secure quality sales appointments. The role involves managing outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, meeting sales targets, and supporting the contact centre with professional customer engagement.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong communication, sales drive, customer focus and proven cold-calling experience.
Key Responsibilities
As a Call Center Consultant, you will:
- Conduct outbound cold calls for 90% of the working day using call lists or a dialler.
- Secure legitimate sales, reconnections, upgrades, relocations or new client appointments.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries.
- Transfer calls to relevant departments when required.
- Manage and escalate complaints professionally.
- Verify customer details and ensure all QA requirements are met.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets, including strike rate, call volume and close rates.
- Work collaboratively with the contact centre team to support daily operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Compulsory)
- Post-Matric qualification (Advantageous)
- 1 year customer service experience
- 1 year cold calling experience in a sales call centre
- 1 year admin experience in a client-centric role
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Performance Targets
To qualify for potential permanent employment, consultants must meet the following close-rate targets:
- Weeks 1–2: LSN training + SOP induction
- Month 1: Minimum 40% close rate
- Month 2: Minimum 65% close rate
- Month 3: Minimum 80% close rate (Required to be considered for permanent placement)
