Programme Overview (Boxer Graduate Programme 2025)
The 2025/26 Graduate Programme is a 12-month structured development opportunity designed for graduates who are ready to kick-start their careers. Participants will gain practical workplace exposure, mentorship, and hands-on learning within a dynamic retail environment.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for Boxer Graduate Programme 2025, applicants must:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in OHS, Business Administration, Sustainability or Environmental Studies
- Have 0–2 years working experience
- Be available immediately
- Have a valid driver’s licence (for one of the available positions)
