AVBOB invites unemployed South African graduates to apply for the 2025/26 Internship Programme, based at its Head Office in Centurion. This 12-month internship offers workplace exposure, career development opportunities, and the chance to learn from a respected organisation with over 100 years of service excellence.

The programme aims to provide practical experience to graduates while supporting AVBOB’s commitment to youth development and empowerment.

AVBOB Internship Programme Fields of Study Required

Applicants must have completed a qualification from an accredited University or College in one of the following fields:

  • Financial / Investment Certificate (x1 – Gauteng)
  • Compliance Management Certificate (x1 – Gauteng)
  • Labour Law / Human Resources Certificate (x1 – Gauteng)
  • Business Administration Certificate (x1 – Gauteng)
  • Human Resource Management Certificate (x1 – Gauteng)

Programme Requirements

To qualify for the AVBOB Internship Programme, applicants must:

  • Be South African citizens aged 18–35
  • Hold a relevant completed qualification in the listed fields
  • Have no previous internship experience in any organisation
  • Be committed, willing to learn and eager to grow within a corporate environment
