Administration Learnership 2025 Overview

The Learner Administration Learnership 2025 at Sasol is designed for people living with disabilities who want to gain practical experience and develop professional administrative skills.
This 12-month Learnership combines theoretical training (NQF-aligned) with on-site practical experience, preparing you for future employment opportunities.

Programme Details

You will gain essential workplace experience and learn:

• Entrepreneurship and Business Operations
• Customer Service and Business Accounting
• Maths Literacy and Communication Skills
• Computer Literacy and Basic Business Principles

During the practical component, learners will provide administrative support to improve departmental effectiveness while gaining valuable work readiness experience.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

• Matric / Grade 12 – Essential
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree – Advantageous

Experience:

• 0 to 1 year of relevant experience
