Job Overview

The General Worker will support daily agricultural operations, ensuring crops, equipment, and facilities are maintained to high standards. The role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You will play an important role in ensuring productivity, efficiency, and smooth farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops
  • Operating tractors, plows, and other agricultural machinery
  • Assisting with equipment maintenance and minor repairs
