About the Learnership (Discovery Learnership 2025)
The Discovery Long Term Insurance Learnership 2025 provides an opportunity to earn a nationally recognised qualification (FETC: Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4).
This programme combines theoretical training with workplace experience in the financial services and insurance industry, helping you build a strong foundation for a professional career.

Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this learnership, you must have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Mathematics: Level 4 (50%) minimum

- An incomplete tertiary qualification will be an advantage
