Highlights of the Training Program:
- Duration: 4 years (Levels 1 – 4)
- Training Location: Imperial Technical Training Academy (ITTA), Johannesburg
- Additional Training: 5 days in 5 weeks at ITTA
- Distance Learning Program: CDX for interactive learning
- Assessments: Computer-based and practical competency testing
- Contract: CBMT contract with merSETA and learnership contract with Lindsay Saker Kempton Park
- On-the-Job Experience: Lindsay Saker Bloemfontein Service Department
Qualifications and Requirements:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Matric (with Mathematics, physical science)
- Computer literacy
- Successful completion of a mechanical insight test
- Clear background check
- Medical assessment for fitness for work
- Psychometric assessment and face-to-face interview for successful candidates
